Governor Lamont has asked for help for Fairfield County and New London County, as well as the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the Mohegan Tribal Nation.
In a statement, Governor Lamont said:
“The approval of this statement by President Biden will provide much needed financial assistance to landlords, tenants and business owners in areas that have been severely affected by the flooding caused by this severe storm. I thank President Biden and FEMA for their continued work with our administration to protect Connecticut from damage caused by hazardous weather conditions. “
