Hire this comfortable train car for a unique Lincoln weekend getaway
A site called TripsToDiscover.com, highlighted New Hampshire’s most unique Airbnbs for 2021 and of course the Lil Red Caboose made the list! Who doesn’t want to sleep in an adorable red train car? Whether you spend the weekend hiking and exploring the outdoors or snuggled up with the one you love, the Lil Red Caboose has EVERYTHING you need!
It might look small on the outside, but don’t let that fool you! It has two beds, a kitchenette, a dining area, a bathroom with indoor plumbing and an outdoor bathroom option if you want to feel one with nature. The price is very reasonable at $ 132 a night.
The list is hosted by Randy who has earned his Superhost status. This means Randy has received superb reviews in the areas of cleanliness, communication, accuracy, location, value and more! Here are a few (among many) rave reviews of the Lil Red Caboose:
âOur stay in the Little Red Caboose was fantastic! The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. It is close to hiking, restaurants, shopping and all kinds of attractions – the location really can’t be beat. Randy was a great host too. Easy to communicate and he left easy to use instructions for things like the sofa bed and TV. Highly recommend staying at the little red caboose! “

“Truly a unique stay. My son (9) loved it as much as I did. Comfortable and fun. Highly recommend. My only regret is that I didn’t book it for a longer stay. Thanks Randy!”
-Carlos (April 2021)
It is even highly recommended in winter.
âMy wife and I stayed here for one night after skiing. It was a -10 wind chill day and when we arrived the heat was on and it was a perfect and cozy end to our day. What a fun place to stay.

You must be super curious about what it looks like on the inside! Let’s take a look, okay?
View from the bedroom to the dome and living room
Dome dormant for one
(snug like an insect over a microwave)
A bed fit for a queen
Interior bathroom quarters
Exterior bathroom quarters
You should use this porcelain throne at least once during your stay to say you’ve done it!
