Zedrick Applin will lead the initiative as the new Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community
WILMINGTON, North Carolina, March 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – nCino, Inc. In this role, Applin will oversee the implementation of nCino’s inclusion, diversity and philanthropy programs, including nCino’s community service team, nVolve.
The announcement comes at a time when local communities and nonprofits are struggling more than ever. nCino believes that the role and leadership of business will be critical to rebuilding communities in 2021 and beyond. nCino has always prioritized giving back to the communities where its employees live and work. Applin’s appointment will continue to strengthen these commitments and other strategic initiatives in Wilmington, North Carolina and beyond.
Applin, who joined nCino in February 2019 as Senior Product Manager, has been instrumental in the development of nCino’s global compliance function and was a founding member of the CEO’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining nCino, Applin spent over a decade working for some of the largest financial services companies in the United States, including Capital One, Santander, and USAA.
